We use our many years of consulting experience to really listen to, and work closely with, our clients so we have a thorough understanding of what they need. We work with the client to gather information and build a compelling story to help market the position to potential candidates. We use our networks, databases and tools to create a candidate list. We analyze the list of candidates to select the best candidates for the position. We assess skills, interest, culture fit and uncover additional questions the candidate may have regarding the position to discuss with our clients. After multiple discussions, we select the candidates we believe may be a good fit to meet with personally for additional evaluation. Once the best candidates are identified, we present them to our clients providing a narrative of our insights and how the candidate aligns with the criteria the client is looking for. We help schedule interviews and assist with negotiations and offers. We care about our clients and candidates, so we stay in touch with both to ensure that the best decision was made for all and that the relationship is proceeding successfully as expected.
