Harris & Dickey is a boutique certified women-owned consulting and recruiting firm focused on assisting the CFO and CIO suites by providing the right solution at the right time. We provide customized services in accounting, finance, internal audit, technology, and special projects whether the solution is a team or single contributor. We also help our clients develop the right internal team through high touch employment placement and recruiting services. We are industry agnostic and have experience working with all levels of management. Our niche is the ability to recruit and manage very experienced high-level professionals that enjoy helping our clients manage change, whether the change is strategic, organizational transformation / expansion / divestiture, accounting pronouncements, regulatory implementation, new technology systems, or procedural.
Harris & Dickey was founded in 2010 by Kelly Harris and Helen Dickey. We wanted to create a different consulting firm for our clients – one that removed corporate bureaucracy and created a nimble firm that could respond to our client’s needs with speed and efficiency. Our firm was designed to scale in order to provide specialized expertise to our clients quickly and reduce corporate overhead by providing more experienced, cost-effective consultants. When a company knows what they want to accomplish but does not have the expertise or bandwidth to get it done, Harris & Dickey can craft a better and often more cost-effective solution.
